Description:

The MW20 ETA sludge cleaning machine is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 10A/ISO10426-1. This device is an instrument for measuring dynamic water loss and removal efficiency of cement and drilling mud under high temperature and pressure conditions.

The ETA sludge cleaning device can independently measure the dynamic moisture loss in the solution under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

Design features:

The instrument consists of a high-pressure sterilizer shell, a pneumatic hydraulic pipeline system, an electric temperature control system, a mechanical energy transmission system, a water cooling system, and a data acquisition system.

It can achieve the mixing and solidification of drilling mud and cement mud, and measure the water loss inside the instrument without the need to remove the mud from the solidification device.
