PRODUCT OVERVIEW

DFC-0710D high and low temperature boosting consistometer is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with API standard specification 10. Used for testing the thickening of oil well cement under high temperature, low temperature, high and low temperature cycling, and high pressure conditions.

The DFC-0710D high and low temperature pressurized consistometer is the fourth generation thickening instrument product of our company. The instrument eliminates the three-pen recorder and button operation, and uses a large-sized touch screen human-machine interaction interface. Experimenters can set test parameters on the touch screen and start with one click, without the need for repeated operation on the 2604 thermostat. They can also monitor the experiment on the touch screen, observe the real-time parameters of the instrument during the experiment (such as temperature, pressure, viscosity, time, etc.), and observe the thickening curve on the touch screen. At the same time, it is equipped with a British European thermostat to ensure precise temperature and pressure control.

  

Ⅱ STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1. The overall structure of the instrument is novel and space saving.

2. The whole machine only uses one mechanical valve, which is easy to operate and has a clean appearance.

3. The casing adopts a fully stainless steel design, which is more durable and beautiful.

4. The potentiometer calibration device is integrated with the entire machine, and there is no need for an external plug to calibrate the potentiometer, making it convenient, reliable, and practical.

5. Built in UK imported temperature controller, not directly controlled by PLC. Realize automatic temperature and pressure control, as well as viscosity measurement, with precise temperature control.

6. The program automatically controls temperature and pressure, with 20 preset programs. The reality of multi-point linearization calibration for measuring viscosity values.

7. The alarm system realizes automatic alarm and shutdown when the viscosity upper limit, pressure upper limit, and temperature exceed the limit.

8. Adopting a large-sized touch screen human-machine interaction interface to achieve true full screen operation. Record temperature, pressure, and consistency.

9. Equipped with DFC series computer data acquisition system, temperature, pressure, and viscosity are recorded through software to achieve curve and data processing functions.

10. The viscosity calibration adopts intelligent calibration method, which can be calibrated step by step according to the prompts on the touch screen, without the need to repeatedly adjust the potentiometer.

11. Adopting original imported high-pressure release valve, Italian imported pressure sensor, high-pressure pipeline, gas-liquid pump, imported ultra-high pressure gauge, three-way, four-way, bursting disc, and silent deceleration motor.

12.During the experiment, the pressure is automatically adjusted to the range required by API specifications and has an adjustable automatic pressure relief function. Ensure accurate simulation of high-temperature and high-pressure environments underground, reduce manual adjustment errors, and ensure accurate experiments.

13. Multiple program settings can be performed in the same experiment. In the same experiment, it is possible to continue the experiment of cooling down to 0 ℃ after heating up to 250 ℃, and then conduct the experiment of heating up to 250 ℃.

14. The patented technology of high-pressure oil filter (patent number: 201010233624. X) that can quickly replace the filter element without disassembling the pipeline is easy to disassemble and clean.
