ⅠPRODUCT OVERVIEW

DFC-0710C Single Cylinder Boosting Consistometer is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with API standard specification 10. Used for testing the thickening of oil well cement under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

There is only one touch screen operating system and one main power switch on the entire machine panel. Experimenters can complete all experimental operations on the large touch screen, such as setting experimental parameters, monitoring instrument status, real-time display of thickening curves, calibration of potentiometers, and querying historical data and curves.


ⅡSTRUCTURAL FEATURES

1. The overall structure of the instrument is novel and space saving. Pure touch screen control design, the whole machine only uses one mechanical valve, with simple operation and neat appearance.

2. The potentiometer calibration device is integrated with the entire machine, making it convenient, reliable, and practical.

3. Adopting a temperature controller imported from the UK to achieve automatic temperature and pressure control as well as viscosity measurement, with precise temperature control. The alarm system realizes automatic alarm and shutdown when the viscosity upper limit, pressure upper limit, and temperature exceed the limit.

4. Multiple recording methods: ① Adopting a touch screen human-machine interaction interface. Record temperature, pressure, and consistency The computer collects data and records temperature, pressure, and viscosity through software to achieve curve and data processing functions.

5. Adopting original imported high-pressure release valve, Italian imported pressure sensor, high-pressure pipeline, gas-liquid pump, imported ultra-high pressure gauge, three-way, four-way, bursting disc, and silent deceleration motor.

6. The patented technology of high-pressure oil filter (patent number: 201010233624. X) that can quickly replace the filter element without disassembling the pipeline is easy to disassemble and clean.

7. Inside the high-pressure vessel, a tubular heater is installed, and the pressure inside the vessel is provided by a pneumatic high-pressure pump. Mineral oil is powered by compressed air and enters the vessel through an oil tank, oil filter, inlet valve, and high-pressure pump, where it is pressurized by the high-pressure pump.

8. In the high-pressure return oil pipeline, an oil filter is installed to filter out fibers and cement particles in the oil. High pressure pipelines are equipped with safety devices to protect the safety of the entire ultra-high pressure system.

9. The thickening instrument is equipped with two thermocouples: a kettle thermocouple and a slurry cup thermocouple. The two thermocouples are used to measure the temperature of the oil bath around the slurry cup and the internal temperature of the cement slurry.

10. The pressure control system consists of an American original SC gas driven booster pump and a self-designed relief pump.

11. Humanized design, latest structure, more convenient operation.

12. Adopting a spiral tube cooling structure to improve cooling efficiency.

13. Optional network and remote assistance functions, providing real-time technical services and software upgrades, with functions such as WeChat alarm and wireless collection and monitoring.
